Interview Review with The Human Condition (U.S. Stoner Rock/Heavy Metal band)

The Human Condition one of today's best kept Secret in the Underground movement of Stoner Rock & Heavy Metal, taking influences from Black Sabbath, Down & other great acts, this band is even better that most of today's so called Metal acts, tell us a bit about your personal lives & a brief history of the band?
Thanks for taking the time to talk with us and also for your continued support of music and metal. The best place to start is THC's background. We were initially formed by Sacred Reich lead guitarist Wiley Arnett and St. Madness vocalist Patrick Flannery (Prophet) in 2000. I was the last to join the band in 2004 and our line-up is Ryan (vocals), Wiley (guitars), Twitty (bass), and Muley (drums). This is the first band that I have been involved in where there is such a collaborative, non-political environment. We all get along with each other and our families. In the musical world this seems to be a rare thing. At the end of the day, it's all about having fun, writing and playing music we all enjoy.
Are you guys on tour these days, because I only saw one show posted & to me a band so great like yours deserves more & more shows across the U.S. to hook more fans?
Thanks again for your comment. Actually, on July 21, 2007 we had a one-of-a-kind opportunity to share the stage with Wiley's former band Sacred Reich at The Venue of Scottsdale. Currently Wiley is touring Europe with Sacred Reich in support of their re-release through Metal Blade Records. They have combined their first two albums, Ignorance, and Surf Nicaragua along with a live DVD. This represents 20 years of Sacred Reich but is available only as an import. This being said, THC is currently booking shows further out while Wiley is on tour. Also, we just finished (and I mean just finished) our first full length CD, "From the Cell". We do intend to book more shows across the U.S. with a stronger focus on our home turf and surround areas.
Have you ever thought about touring outside the U.S. maybe the U.K., Mexico or Spain, places where I know people will dig your music so much that they will become instant devoted fans?
Yes we have. It's a question of time and availability. Right now our plan is to target our own back-door and play for the local and regional fans. We are keeping our eyes open for unique opportunities and festivals throughout the world. However, we are currently seeking a support base of agents and labels to book those opportunities as they come.
You guys have several releases to date like the "THC" E.P. & "The Means" cd both super amazing, original & very open minded I might say, tell us which one is your favorite & why?
Well I am a little biased to "The Means" over the E.P. because the E.P. is with the former vocalist Patrick Flannery (Prophet) of St. Madness. The song Godmode on the E.P. is one of my favorites and one we have played live many times. It's a great set opener and one that really gets the crowd going. "The Means" has songs such as Smoke and Dust and Bend which also have strong crowd appeal. In my humble opinion I think Smoke and Dust should be a first person shooter video game soundtrack. Haha. Let's keep our fingers crossed on that one. No bites yet.
You guys have a new cd on its way called "From the Cell", tell fans what they can expect from The Human Condition on this awaited cd, that we are sure it will please even the most Metal heads of them all?
First of, if you look on the cover you will notice an LPD right next to the title "From the Cell". This we jokingly refer to as Long Play Demo. Since most demos are 3-4 songs in length and most LP's (Long Play) are 4-6 songs in length, which we already did in "The Means", we thought we would create our own term LPD. We laugh at it but we also wanted to remove any pretense of a big label recording budget. This is THC in our own production with our own creativity. What can you expect?? I think this CD finally brings our bands musical identity together in one package. It has taken some time going back to the musical chalkboard to write music that all of us authentically enjoy
and perform and has a distinctive sound. We paid careful attention in this project to define what The Human Condition is and believe we have captured it. Each album before has been a necessary stepping stone to get to where we are now. That being said, what fans will get is a rhythmic crunch that will get your head banging with a lyrical assault of personal introspection. The rhythm guitars are crunchy, the bass thumps your chest, the drums beat the cadence, the lead guitar is soulful, and the vocals soar. Listening to the album should pull at your adrenalin and tug at your emotional strings. That's a combo for a good pit. So whether you jump in the pit or line the sides we believe you will be caught up in the music. Tell us about your influences in music & out of music, maybe some marihuana because of the THC you know what I mean hahaha or what, anything tell us please?
We are a pretty eclectic group of guys. Wiley of course is musically influenced by thrash with his Sacred Reich roots and bands such as Scorpions and Randy Roads, guitarist for Ozzy. Our bassist Twitty is Mr. Death and if you add a little more death into death music then he is a happy man. Muley, our drummer, listens to an eclectic range of metal bands such as Tool, Primus, and Judas Priest. And I enjoy listening to bands like Alice in Chains and Kings X, and am a big fan of jazz. Now the leaf on the other hand is a band staple, as I am sure you would expect haha.
Are you searching these days for a good record label that can promote & support your band in all aspects or are you going to continue doing this DIY on your own?
We are in search of a good label to support our band. We are also doing this DIY. I guess in the end, we are looking for a mixture of both. Bands must become more empowered and educated on all manners of band management and promotion.
Do you guys think you have gotten good support & exposure on magazines & radio stations in your country & across the world?
Honestly we haven't had the right product to drive the exposure. At the end of the day it is the quality of the song that stands, no matter how much marketing effort or exposure goes into it. We believe that with the new cd "From the Cell" we have the quality of songs that will now win authentic support.
Describe to us your live shows, loyal fans & tell us about some shows that have been the best for your band & why?
Our best show to date has been opening for Sacred Reich as I mentioned above. We find that our fans are very loyal and supportive. Many are placing songs on their myspace pages and are providing strong word of mouth to their friends.
So far 2007 has been a terrific year for The Human Condition, lots of shows played, new merch, a new cd on it's way, maybe some cd release shows & some mini tours across the U.S., what's left to achieve for this group in what's left of 2007 & in the near future?
Now that is a big question. We are focused on securing the support to make this a life changing adventure for us as well as our fans. At this time it is important to solicit the right attention to drive radio and promotions. Gig, promote, gig promote. That is the formula for 2007. We are looking to become a metal staple so jump on the THC bandwagon, or our myspace page which ever you prefer, and join the cause. You can find us at our myspace.com/thehumanspace or our official website at thehumancondition.us.
Thanks for the interview and the opportunity to talk about the band.
Ryan
THCwww.myspace.com/thehumanspace Interview with Bullet Treatment (U.S. Hardcore/Punk)
Bullet Treatment the name says it all,you are people that no one fucks with, you talk about hate, beign pissed off,you are true to what you believe & you deliver fast in your face Hardcore music to me very amazing, tell us about your personal lifes & a brief history of the band?
Well the band in itself isn't really a band, I started the project about 6 years ago. From the get go I decided I didn't want to have a permanent band for a number of different reasons. Mainly the idea of just the set core of guys didn't interest me because eventually there's always going to be someone who will want to leave or do something different. The idea of keeping an original band together is not going to last forever, you can pretty much bet any band that has been around for any amount of time has lost someone. Plus I though it might add a little different take to some of our music. My intentions musically was to keep things simple, at a time when everyone has to over-play,. over-produce, and just simply over-think, I wanted to keep it simple. Short, fast, and energetic are more important to me than realizing we don't have enough breakdowns or are :30 seconds too long for our "single". Each of our releases has a unique sound to it strictly based on who plays on the record.
Are you guys on tour this days because I only saw one show booked to date, and a band like yours is the kind of band that deserves constant shows & tours, tell us more?
We don't have the opportunity to tour because of the variety of different line-ups. Even when we talk about it there's always someone that's gone with their main bands. The Bronx spend most of the year on tour and when they're not they're writing for a new record. The idea of touring with multiple singers would make it even harder. Who knows there may eventually be a situation where we can't turn it down.
Have you ever thought about maybe traveling outside the U.S. to countrys like Spain,Mexico,Argentina or Europe & show Hardcore fans something new that can drop their jaws to the fucking floor?
We always get people asking us to come to the UK and South America. Again it goes back to the logistics of a touring band. We totally appreciate all the people that take the time to check us out from all corners of the world.
You guys have severall releases to date 2 cds & 3 7" vinyls,of all of them which one is your favorite & why?
Believe it or not we actually have more releases but they are splits with other bands. I can't say I have a favorite being they are all so different. Every release has its own identity and are important for different reasons.
Tell us about your influences in music & out of music based on daily life, politics, hate & all that?
Im not a person that is influenced by anything. I believe in thinking for myself and not letting someone else's opinion influence my thinking or lifestyle. I'm probably one of maybe only a few guys in hardcore music that doesn't have a tattoo , I prefer to be an individual not someone that thinks trends are cool. I couldn't be any different then what you probably imagine I really am.
Your latest release "The Mistake" is a serious kick ass one of a kind fueled of anger very energetic Hardcore record, tell us what you think about it & are you proud of it?
I'm totally proud of it, for you to say that and for people to actually like what we do is the best compliment by far. If people really knew the process of how we record the material you would be floored. For the most part we never get together the complete line-up prior to recording. Usually I'll jam with the drummer a little bit, record, throw down some bass, get someone to come in and sing. For the most part vocal ideas aren't even worked on until we're literally recording. It couldn't be any more half-assed. But then again that's part of the charm I guess haha.
Are there plans of releasing a new cd or vinyl for this year maybe in early 2008,or colaborations on other side projects as well as being part of compilation albums & the likes?
Im going to be recording some new material in the coming weeks. There's a couple of different ideas I'm throwing around, I'd like to do a split 7" with two different versions of the band. We're also going to be releasing a split 7" with It's Casual as well as another full length shotly.
Does Bullet Treatment gets the exposure & support in magazines, radio stations that they deserve, tell us what you think?
Well there's two sides of the story, I'm shocked we get the amount of airplay we do. XM Radio and Russ Brown at Fungus 53 had been a huge supporter. There's a ton of college radio stations that have been playing us, as well as some bigger stations. When it comes to actual magazine press, there's a handful of zines that totally support us and the ideas we venture into. However when it comes to any sort of larger publications I think they just can't grasp what we're doing. Although you'll see them all jumping on the punk rock flagship when it comes to the young pups.
You guys are part of 2 Record labels, one is from one of the members of Bullet treatment it's called Basement records & the other one is Think Fast records, tell us how they have managed to support this act in all aspects?
Yeah Basement Records is my record label, I knew from the get go I'd have to release some stuff on our own because people probably wouldn't understand the concept. As soon as a few labels started asking and sniffing around the first thing that would get brought up would be what kind of touring we'd be able to do to support the record. That's where Think Fast! Records comes in….. the funny thing is before we even started discussing the possibility of releasing it I told them right away that touring wasn't going to be something that was going to happen in the near future. Ryan said that wasn't going to be a problem and they were so stoked on the band and the idea of the new record they took a chance. I can't thank him and Larry enough for all their support and what they've done to help Bullet Treatment.
So far 2007 has been a great year for the mean motherfuckers of Bullet treatmeant, serious touring, a new record on your hands, more fans world wide & non stop exposure, so whats left for this group to accomplish of whats left of 2007 & in the near future?
There's a slew of things we're going to do. I'm sure somewhere down the road you'll be saying to yourself where in the hell did they get that idea and what are they doing ????? Take care and thanks for taking the time to check us out. Later !! -Chuck

Interview with Loss Of Reason (U.S. Experimental Metalcore)
Loss Of Reason it's been a while since we last talked my brothers, hows life, what are you guys up to this days with the band & in your personal life?
Ian -A band is a band. Everyone has a lot of stuff going on right now with jobs and what not but we are still going strong and trying to write some new jams.
I saw you guys have just a couple of shows booked to date right now, whys that,I always see lot's of shows announced, what happened?
Ian - Im about to start school up again so that did it. and a few months ago I totaled our van... so its kinda tough for us to do lots of shows at the moment
Are you guys ready to tour a lot this year across the U.S.,maybe a couple of mini tours or what?
Ian - We are more than ready... minus the whole van thing.
Is this the year when Loss Of Reason finally takes a trip & go destroy another country with their sick live shows,or what can we expect?
Your last cd "The Nightmare Ages" it's so fucking brutal, fast & intense,to me one of the best albums so far for 2007,tell us your thoughts about it?
Ian - Honestly i think it is some of our best work and am very happy with how it turned out.
Have you gotten good feeback about this cd or what?
Ian - Just your average, "good cd dudes". nothing major
Any chances of getting signed very soon by a great responsible & well known label?
Ian - Haha, I wish.
Is Loss Of Reason getting good exposure in the U.S. as well as on other countrys on myspace,as well as on radio stations, magazines & more?
Ian - Naw, Im looking into magazines but with the millions of bands out there everything is so expensive now-in-days
Loss Of Reason is the kind of band to me that should be playng in the Sounds of the Underground Tour with other great & insane acts on that tour, tell us your opinion about this,Im sure maybe next year you could have a better chance to play on it,explain?
Ian - I would love to play fest-tours that like. unless something amazingly awesome happens in the next year i dont think we will be on it then either.
So far 2007 has been a blast for Loss Of Reason a new album, new mech, constant shows & fests, more & more plays every day from all over the world, what else is left maybe a new E.P. soon,a DVD,more tours & whats left in the near future for this amazing Underground act?
Ian - Haha. talks of turning the nightmare ages into an full length with a dvd of live shows and what not... trying to get the van thing squared away so we can start touring again. at the moment we rent vans... but that is down right expensive.

Interview with Jesse Jayms Acoustic Onslaught(U.S. Acoustic In Your Face Punk Rock)
Jesse Jaymz love the name, you are really somthing else dude, you are a dirty mean son of a bitch Rock & Roller I fucking love that, tell us a little bit about your personal life & a brief History about The Jesse Jaymz Acoustic Onslaught?
I'm old enough to remember how shit was before when punk was dangerous n shit not a bunch of hairstylists so I decided to shake shit up a bit. so my friends let me play in between bands at hardcore/punk/skinhead shows n shit and it blew up from there. I became friends with the FANG, the Murder Junkies and HankIII among others and once flew out to Oakland to play at Sammytown's birthday party. I pissed a lot of people off and realized how many jerkoffs go to shows these days. Then I released my record and now people are interviewing me n shit.
Are you on tour right now or playing constantly, because i didn't saw any shows anounced, tell us why?
Cuz my spots blown up and I can't really get too many shows these days but I take what I can get.
Have you ever thought about maybe expouse your talent overseas like in Mexico,Spain, the U.K. among others?
Nah too much hassle if you wanna see me come to NYC the capital of the world!
You have a 7" vinyl out now entitled "One Man Crew",tell us what you think about it in your own words, are you satisfied with what you did?
I think it's a wonderful fuck you to the whole fucking lame ass music scene. I recorded it in and hour while polishing off a bottle of Jack Daniel's. Its a wild drunken mess like punk rock should be. I do like the artwork though.
Tell us how people react when they see you perform live,do they get impressed, mad, have they aver told you common lets fight because you disrespected me,etc. tell us more?
Some people laugh, some girls get wet, some girls get mad and wet, some girls just get mad and some douchebags with no sense of humor feel threatened and some stoopid pieces of shit want to fight. Oh yeah and I always get banned from the bar!
Have you gain more fans since the release of the new 7",and after the shows you have played?
The record has gone over pretty well but that's to be expected cuz it kicks ass just like me! As for the shows, a lot of people know who I am some love me but most fucking hate me.
Tell us your inspiration or influences in music & out of music, maybe you like besides Rock & Roll, maybe Country,Sex,Drugs, you name it,tell us more?
I like drugs, sex, whiskey and chaos so I tried to turn it into music if you wanna call it that. I like some real scumbag cuntry and the girls seem to like it too! Also people fucking suck so that helps me out to as far as lyrical inspiration. Cops and my job piss me off too.
What are the things that you most hate in life?
Phony asskissers who dissapear real quick when shit gets fucked up and toothy half assed blowjobs.
Are you a rascist,Im asking you this because of some symbols I saw on pics, plus severall people had asked me that question, tell us more ?
No I'm not a fucking racist I hate everybody! The symbols don't mean shit to me but if they offend you that's fine too. I just don't give a fuck! Ya heard?
So 2007 has been a great year musicaly speaking for Jesse Jaymz, you have a debut 7" album, have gotten great reviews, whats left to acomplish in the nezt few months of 2007 or in the near future, maybe a cd,more 7",tours,what?
First of all fuck CD's punk rock should never sound so clean. As far as for the rest of 2007 I hope to get fucked up as much as possible and to keep my end wet, but that's never hard when you're Jesse Fuckin Jaymz. I'll play whatever shows I can in NYC and I'm sure I'm gonna offend some people too. Boricqua!www.myspace.com/jjaowww.unitedriotrecords.comwww.myspace.com/unitedriotrecords Interview with Irreverance (Italy Thrash Metal)
Irreverence one of todays best & unique Thrash Metal acts around, the new sound of the millenium,at least some one is bringing back the old school shit thank God!,tell us a brief history of the band, the members & your daily life, where do you work etc?
First of all thanx for this interview amd for your long waiting Emmanuel!! And of course thanx a lot for your lovely comment about our band, it's not usual for us to find someone that think this (except us of course..ahahaha!) The band was born in 1995, founded by myself in person only, from the ashes of my previous band "EXTREME AGGRESSION" which recorded a demo tape in 1993. As IRREVERENCE we published 2 demo tapes between '98 and '99 and then we entered the studio in 2000 to record our first full lenght "TOTALLY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS" for Stonehenge Records. After an italian tour supporting "TNT" in 2002 we enter the studio again to record "TARGET: HATE". We chosen to find great studios with a great sound engineer, and we found both in Germany at SPIDERHOUSE STUDIOS with HARRIS JOHNS. He produced some of the best Thrash Metal masterpieces and worked with bands as SODOM, KREATOR, SEPULTURA, TANKARD and many more. Great work no other words!! We came back to there also to record "WAR WAS WON", our latest and last release. We signed for ON DEAD SOUND RECORDS before release it, but our deal is already broke-up. Actually the band is composed by me, Ricky Paioro, at guitar and voice, Davide Firinu on drums, MAuro Passiatore o bass guitar and Luca Colombo on the other guitar. What can i say about our daily life?? Unfortunately we must work to live as everyone!! but i prefer to talk about music, we have to face our ordinaryu works everyday!
Are you guys on tour lately,I saw you have lots of shows planned on your country thats very good let me tell you, are there plans of a mini tour there, tell us more about that?
We usually have a lot of shows cause to play live is the real dimension where you can listen and enjoy our stuff. We always did our studio works just to play live!! We are a thrash band, and we are proud to be it. Pratically we are always on tour except when we are in studio, so remember it if you come to Italy!
Tell us about your influences on music & out of music, tell us about how you create such a phenomenal sound & who started this for Irreverence?
Our musical influences find their roots in all the good 80's heavy metal stuff like MOTORHEAD, SODOM, OVERKILL, KREATOR, DESTRUCTION but also EXODUS, SEPULTURA and all the 80's thrash scene in general. Out of music? Simply open your window and watch what's there outside..be sure, you would begin to play fast and aggressive! Simply in our rehearsal room! Someone of us bring an idea or a riff and we work all together to develope it, no tricks by our side. Till now i wrote 95% of our music and all the lyrics, of course but i would prefer to have the contribute of all the band to compose the songs. Me, and me only!
Your music is the kind of music that the U.S. & other countrys need once again pure straight to the bone Thrash Metal like the old days, you guys can be the next Slayer,Exodus or even Testament or better, you should tour Mexico, Spain & other countrys that respect this kind of music, tell us more?
Would be great if real!! You named thrash metal myths that help us in our musical growth since the begininning, and to be compared to them it's really an honour for us. We are looking for a good promoter or agency that allow us to tour these countries, but it's ahrd for a band like ours. We don't have a big record company tha take care of our interests (to be honest actually we don't have a record deal, so label, contact us!) and so it's difficult for a band like ours to manage gig in other countries, especially if we have to cover all the expenses by ourselves.
You guys have 3 cds out, the most recent gemn "War Was Won, what is your reaction towards the 3 albums & the fans reaction to each one of them?
When "TNT" was released in 2000 fo us was a dream came true! We were just four young guys that wanted to raise hell and play fast, so try to imagine how was our reaction when a crazy man chosen to invest in our band! At that time we didn't have fans, but just friends! And they was excited like us by the release. "Target: Hate" recording session and release has been absolutely amazing! We had the opportunity to work with, in my opinion, the best european thrash metal sound engineer, Harris Johns. After the release we began an hard tour through Italy that bring us to play in over 40 gigs in just one year. The audience and press welcomed it very well, and our live gigs during that tour had confirmed this! Many of our most faithful fans think that "Target" is our best release ever, and i think they could be right! "WAr Was Won" is the perfect mixture between our firsts two works, and it's the one i love especially! The CD has been released in 2006, and the fans don't expected a work like it! I'm sure that most of them don't appreciate it as it deserves yet, it's a kind of experimentation. But many persons get interested by our band after listening it, and this is the real satisfaction for a musician.
Are you guys on plans of realeasing maybe another kick ass crazy Thrash Metal cd or maybe a History or live DVD soon this year?
Sure!! We are working on the new songs for our next release, that will be probably out in Spring 2008. But first of all we want to find a good record deal to have a great promotion and to tour with our stuff all the world! A little preview for you, but keep it secret..ehehehe..ON August 31st Tankard will release their best-of for their 25 years of career, and we will appear on the Tribute CD to them with "BEERMUDA" Tankard's cover! We are also finishing to work on "SLAUGHTER OF THE INNOCENTS" (taken from WAR WAS WON) videoclip that will be released in September. In February 2007 MALKROSS UNITY, a french indie label, released our first best-of titled "INTO BATTLE SINCE 1995", with good resullts over Europe. Think it's enough for now??
Would you guys love to get signed to a good label like Metal Blade, Nuclear Balst or Century Media,I know for sure those labels will shit their pants when they listen to your band, tell us what you think?
Of course, would be great!! Maybe the real target we have for our own career, but unfortunately is not simple as it seems. I tried to let them listen to our production a some time ago, but never received an answer from them. I think that with a good promotion and distribution we could do great things, but we need to be supported in that way, and a big label like the ones you named would be perfect for us.
Tell us about your live performances & the crowd reaction because for what I had heard there are non stop circle pits, clubs had been bashed & more,I cant wait to witness that hahaha, tell us more about all this?
You are totally right man!! Th pit in front of the stage is always full of whirling heads and you can see people fliy down and raise up immediately to come back to breaking bones!! It's totally amazing, that's why i love to play live, the energy that a violent crowd can give you is unpayable. Unfortunately sometimes someone gets hurt by this, but they all know what waiting for them!! And they love it, be sure!
Irreverence is the kind of band that should tour with Slayer, appear on Metal Maniacs, should get a great record label deal, appear more on radio stations & much more, tell us what you think about this?
I'm glad you have a so good consideration of us, and i really hope you are right! By my side i can tell you that everyting would happens we never changed our way to play or our attitude. We play thrash metal, we breath it, live it and live for it. These are the most important things for a band like ours, our determination and musical honesty.
So what can we expect on 2007 & in the near future from Italy's best kept Thrash Metal group, maybe another kick ass cd,or a good DVD,what can you tell us? As i tell you before, a new record deal first of all to release our new studio work, and then a lot of live gigs around the world!! Really hope o come there to play too, i would love to taste your crazy crowd!! And maybe this will be the right time to let you taste some violent irreverent Thrash Metal!! www.myspace.com/inthechaosInterview/Review with Sworn Against (U.S. Hardcore)
Sworn Against one of todays best kept secret in Modern Hardcore, you guys are fucking amazing, your sound, attitude, lyrics & more, tell us a brief history of the band, the members & your daily life, where do you work etc? A- WOW... COOL, THANKS ... SWORN AGAINST WAS FORMED IN OCTOBER '06 AND HAS BEEN VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THE THINGS WE HAVE DONE THIS FAR. NOTHING HAS BEEN GIVIN TO US, ITS ALOT OF HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. OUR DAILY LIVES BASICALLY CONSIST OF GETTING TOGETHER JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY SOMEWAY OR ANOTHER. WE'RE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT SHOWS , NEW BANDS, NEW RELEASES AND STUFF LIKE THAT. THE MADBALL TOUR THAT JUST PASSED A FEW WEKKS AGO WITH 100 DEMONS, TERROR AND HAVE HEART WAS A REALLY GOOD SHOW. WE ALWAYS DIG IT WHEN THOSE GUYS COME ROLLIN THROUGH...THEY ARE REALLY AWESOME DUDES AND SHOW US NOTHING BUT RESPECT. Tell us about your influences on music & out of music,I know most of you guys grew up on the street & shit, tell us about how you create such an inspiring sound on Hardcore music? SO MANYS THINGS MAKES US MAD OR PISSED OFF AND HARDCORE IS THE ONLY WAY WE KNOW HOW TO LET IT OUT. OUR SOUND IS SOMETHING THAT FEELS RIGHT TO US, NO FUCKING AROUND. WE JUST WANNA KICK YOUR ASS AS SOON AS WE HIT THE FIRST NOTE. LIVING THE LIFE OF HARD KNOCKS GIVES AN EDGE RATHER THEN SOMEONE WHO HAS EVERYTHING HANDED TO THEM. WE SIMPLY DEAL WITH OUR LIVES AND THE CARDS THAT WERE DEALT. WE FUCKING HATE WAY TO MUCH TO CONTINUE THIS QUESTION ANY FURTHER... Your music is the kind of music that the U.S. & other countrys really need straight in your face,0 bullshit, true & sincere Modern Hardcore music, tell us more? A- THANKS , WE JUST WRITE THINGS WE SEE AND FEEL AND THE MUSIC ACCOMPANIES THAT. WE PLAY FROM THE HEART AND WE WILL ALWAYS PLAY FAST AND BRUTAL. You guys have 1 demo out,are you satisfied with the results & what fans & fanzines said about it? A- YEAH THE DEMO HAS DEFINETLY SERVED ITS PURPOSE. IT WAS RECORDED AT VALCOUR STUDIO. WE HEAR COMMENTS THAT IT SOUNDS SICK FOR A DEMO BUT NOW ITS DEFINETLY TIME FOR US TO HAVE A MORE PROFESSIONAL RECORDING. I know you guys are working with someone from Terror & that you guys are finally gonna release your kick ass debut full lenght cd,tell us more about that? A- YES WERE PUMPED ABOUT NICK JETT PRODUCING THE ALBUM. HE'S A REAL COOL GUY. WE'RE SCHEDULED TO RECORD IN MID AUGUST AT NICK'S STUDIO OUT IN LA. I think your band deserves a great chance with a label soon, maybe Trustkill,Ferret Records & the likes, what can you say about that, any label affers lately? A- WE WOULD LIKE THOSE OPTION VERY MUCH BUT FOR RIGHT NOW WE THINK THE BAND HAS SOME WORK TO BE DONE BEFORE JUMPING ON BOARD. JASON AT ANIMOSITY RECORDS HAS BEEN AWESOME ALONG WITH MATT AT YESIAM RECORDS. FOR NOW WE'LL CONTINUE WITH OUR DIY DEDICATION. Tell us about your live performances & the crowd reaction because for what I have seen & heard, you guys are fucking brutal & amazing destroying the stages every where you go,tell us more about all this? A- OUR STAGE PERFORMANCE REFLECTS WHAT WE DO AND THATS PLAY FROM OUR HEARTS. WE GIVE IT OUR ALL AT EVERY SHOW FOR NEW AND OLD FANS ALIKE. CROWD PARTICIPATION IS THE BEST. THE MORE PEOPLE JUMPING ON AND OFF STAGE THE BETTER. ALMOST ALL THE PROMOTERS HERE IN OKLAHOMA HAVE SHOWN US ALOT OF SUPPORT AND THEY ARE BRINGING SO MANY BADASS BANDS HERE THAT WE GET TO TEAR IT UP AT SOME REALLY GREAT SHOWS. Sworn Against is the kind of band that more fanzines & magazines should look for & more radio stations should play damn it,tell us about the promotion & support
people had given you guys? A- THANKS , SEND 'EM OUR DEMO !!! WE BEEN GETTING SOME GREAT EXPOSURE FROM BOSTON TO CALI. WE'RE BUSTIN TAIL AND SPREADING THE WORD. about that?
Yeah,we 've started our japan tour, and we want to go and play our sounds where we 've not go in japan!!!!,and we think hxc kidz can't understand us only cd,our live makes them to understand us 100%.
I get amazed by your music because its full of hate, agression &
power, tell us about your influences & all that, how would you describe your sound?
Yes,we are influenced with various musics, hxc, metal, hard rock, hiphop, blues, punk, and more....,but we hate to classify the music according to genre and frame,we think it's only that there are cool music by cool guyz, shit music by shit people.
Your music is the kind of music that U.S. Hardcore kids will be psyched
to see live in festivals like Hellfest,N.Y. Superbowl & the likes, alson in
Mexico,Spain, Argentina & many more, what do you guys think about this?I think big fest is very cool events.Kids can enjoy various sounds and dance @ chaotic floor,we want to play our sounds there! You guys have 2 cds out "Twentyfour-Seven" & "Nuthin but a Bitter
Mouth" out, what is your reaction towards both albums & the fans & crew
reaction?
Twenty four seven,we did it recklessly!!!because it was first recording for us,our crew said it was powerful.
Nothing but a bitter mouth, now we are satified with it,this album is produced bu ourselves(recodings, mix down, management, cover art...)except mastering works,so we could spend our times on making good sounds ,good grooves, and we tryed to make kids not to get tired to listen to our album through song1,2,3,4,5,,,,,12,our aims to fans & crew was good.
Are you guys on plans of realeasing maybe another kick ass full lenght
cd or another dvd soon this year? Not yet,I think it will be in next year.
but we've started to make new songs!!!!
Would you guys love to get signed to a good label like Bridge
9,Stillborn Records & the likes?Yeah,it's very cool for us!!!!!!,because it's the action we've not experienced,
and it's very cool that their labels help us to go and play our sounds all over world.Tell us about your live performances & the crowd reaction because for
what I saw & have readed & heard about you guys are real nasty up on that
stage,tell us more?
Our live performances synchronize the power of kids and audience.
if all thing will be good, unpredictable performances and sounds can
arise from there.
Im telling you Sand is the kind of band that should be representing
their music on the U.S. market with a great label support & playing great
fests & getting more fans & exposure, tell us what you think about that?Yeah, I wish so very very much, now we are contacting to various people,
so i believe that this interview will be great first step of our way.So what can we expect on 2007 & in the near future from Japan's
toughest in your face Hardcore act,maybe a new cd & dvd,side projects,tour
headlinings what?
In this year,we have our Japan tour and we 'll play with Murphy's Law 07/06/2007,Heaven Shall Burn 25/08/2007,now we are adjusting the days of korean tour, and I contact to Germany hxc betadown band -Screamin' Silence-if all things will be good,we'll go on a E.U. tour next year and we want to release our next album as soon as possible we can,see you in tha pit!!!!!!!!
Thank you.

www.myspace.com/sandjpsand24-7@hotmail.co.jpInterview with Death Do Us Part (U.S. Brutal Melodic Metalcore)
Death Do us Part, great talking to you guys again, Let me tell you your band is so unique & Heavy as a Mack truck, you guys are one of todays best Metalcore acts in the Underground tell us what you think? Thanks a lot. It's always good to hear feedback from our fans. Especially positive feedback haha. Are you guys touring these days, because I saw you have your agenda fulled with non stop booked shows,it's going great for you guys, tell us more? Yeah, we are actually going on our fourth east coast tour in August with our good friends from When These Days End. So for anyone on the east coast be sure to keep checking out our dates for when we hit an area near you. Also we plan on going on our second US tour around next winter. Have you ever thought of maybe touring in Spain, the U.K. & in many countrys where i know your music will be a blessing? Of course. We love seeing new places and touring across the US was amazing. So we can't wait to go across sea's to see how the rest of the world react's to us. You guys have 2 albums out "Embrace the End" & the most recent offering the amazing Heavy & very well produced & executed "Legend" what are your thoughts towards each one? We are very happy with how each cd came out. Both took a lot of hard work. But I think we accomplished a lot with both. Of those 2 albums which one is your personal favorite & why? Legend would probably be my personal favorite. We went through a lot during the making of Legend and the cd explains a lot of hardships to overcome. I think it will impact a lot of fans. Are there any plans of maybe working to do a DVD or maybe appear in some copilation cds or the likes? No solid plans. But we definately would like to make a DVD sometime. This way the world can see what Death Do Us Part is all about both on stage and off stage. What is the reaction of your fans in the States & from around the globe in your live shows & their response to the new material? Great. We have been really happy with the way the US has responded to us so far and we look forward to touring different countries to see how they will react also. You guys are right now with "Filled with Hate Records" a very cool label, but are you guys searching maybe for another label or are you personally gonna continue with them & on your own? Whatever happens, happens. We are extremely happy with Filled With Hate Records. They treat all their bands great and are good friends of ours. So if we stick with them we have no complaints whatsoever. What would you guys do if you get invited to Ozzfest, that would be great I think, this year they put together great acts but an act like yours can really destroy the fucking tour with your diverse beautiful hard hitting music, tell us more? Ozzfest? Do you really have to ask? Definately a dream of ours to share the stage with other great acts that Ozzfest brings out. So I bet 2007 is going to be a very busy year for Death Do Us Part, non stop booked shows, more promotion for "Legend",what else can we expect this year & in the near future from you guys? A lot of touring of course and possibly the recording of a new cd next spring. www.myspace.com/deathdouspart
